The video is a guy giving a "review" of the T-700 terminator action figure toy. He goes through a detailed description of the action figure, and provides comparison with other similar toys (articulation of the joints, and price, amongst other details).
The reviewer has a slight accent... so that explains it, probably.
... Then again, I'm the one watching Youtube videos about Terminator action figures... so who really needs to get a life??
