Phil Oh, the intrepid photographer behind the Street Peeper blog, has been shooting around Lincoln Center for Vogue.com since the Fall 2011 shows started in order to catch all the fashionable girls in their many-layered looks and high-heeled boots. He's also aiming to capture the mood of New York City during one of the busiest—and chilliest—weeks of the year. Here is his dispatch, the first of many more to come.
