Laurie Holden is a total McHotty super actress. Her most notable film is The Majestic (2001), opposite Jim Carrey. At least, that's where I know her from. By the way, The Majestic is terribly underrated. I guess I am biased though because it appeals to my peculiar/weird tastes (gorgeous women, Jim Carrey, history, and the red scare all rolled into one -- sure win).

She also had a starring role in The Mist with Thomas Jane (The Punisher). The Mist was a terrible film though, and it has probably blemished her otherwise good acting career. She's lucky she's still alive, after all, over 95% of the cast and crew committed suicide after the release of The Mist -- the critical reaction was THAT bad.

She is best known from television. She has starred in The Shield, and most recently in AMC's The Walking Dead, which is an awesome show, by the way. I had forgotten about her for awhile (that is, since my obsession with her in The Majestic died off), but she came walking back into my TV/internet life (that's deep maaannn) with some zombies. She's my hero. xoxo.
