So... this is a drunk post... yeah.... I went out and had a good ol' night with the law school crew. While finals are not done, I have completed to majority of my work for finals. I've taken two of them, with only evidence to go. Evidence is going to be a pain in the ass, being taught by Parker and all. The fact that it is taught by Parker is mitigated by another fact, the fact that I have already pretty much finished my evidence outline. Now, for those of you not in law school, with open-note/book finals, outlines can be a lifesaver. I was an idiot and finished my outline for my LAST final first... how dumb is that?? Yeah I know.. Well, anyways, I'm wearing a Santa Clause hat right now... ya know, the red hat with the white furry ball connected to the top. I never understood where this came from.
Band of Brothers (2001)
Oh, so yeah, the point of this post. I went out drinkin' with the law school crew. And it is freggin' COLD!!! Seriously. Before Thanksgiving it was
almost normal temperature outside. Now it is like super negative cold outside. So it got me to thinkin', "how awesome was that TV series Band of Brothers???" Particularly it made me think of the Bastogne/Battle of the Bulge episode (Episode 6).
Band of Brothers: Bastogne. Painting.
So right now I'm watching that exact episode, because I have the good fortune of owning Band of Brothers on DVD. And on that topic, it is making me feel old as helllllll. Band of Brothers was released in 2001.... now that's almost 10 years ago!!! What!?!!? It feels like only a couple of years ago... but it's a freggin' decade!!! Wow, what happened!? Oh that's right.. law school makes days seem like minutes, and months feel like hours. It still feels like I just graduated college... Which was technically in Dec. 2008. I need to slow down.
Sincerely, McDaniel Visnewski.
